Choose the product model that matches the failure you need to observe: check-ins, missing check-ins, stale progress or application-to-application signals.
Platform overviewHeartbeatHook is built around a small set of related product concepts. They are intentionally separate because a process that is gone, a process that stopped checking in, and a process that checks in without progressing are different operational problems.
The current Tier 1 implementation provides the authenticated heartbeat and pending-signal foundation. The pages below distinguish that verified foundation from product concepts that still require their own state engine and operator workflow.
Start with the question you actually need answered. Do not use a heartbeat as a substitute for business validation, progress tracking or incident response.
Independent product versions are an architectural direction, not a current public customer feature in this HPH build. No page below promises silent-free upgrades or independent major-version selection until the product registry and upgrade contract exist in code.
